Clonika: Intelligent process automation for transformation

01What did our client need?

After the acquisition of Vivat, Athora started planning a transformation program focused on reducing the costs of their operations at global level. The process automation was one of the main workstream to reach efficiency.

02How did we help our client?

everis proposed IPA as approach based on combining our non-intrusive process assessment methodology (Quanta) and our technical capabilities on automation solutions to reach different departments across Athora’s business units in Europe.

03What was the result?

In the first phase we are going to implement the automation solutions in Real Estate Germany and Risk Corporate Center. Afterwards, to achieve the target savings, we are aiming is to set up an automation center of excellence for the rest of the program.
