The report recognized NTT DATA as one of ten Leaders among the 25 service providers in the Insurance ITO quadrant in North America, evaluated based on their ability to support insurance firms, digital changes and adoption of business transformation services involving insurance-specific exponential technologies for enhanced business designs and transformational outcomes.

The report recognized NTT DATA as one of fourteen Leaders among the 36 service providers in the L&R Insurance TPA Services quadrant in North America, evaluated based on the depth of their service offerings and market presence, with end- insurance operation services, ranging from basic policyholder services to claim administration.  

The report recognized NTT DATA as one of nine Leaders among the 24 service providers evaluated based on their vision, strategy, capabilities and market presence.

Everest Group awarded NTT DATA high positions in all seven of the report's specific criteria: market adoption, portfolio mix, value delivered, vision and strategy, scope of services offered, innovation and investments, and delivery footprint.

The report recognized NTT DATA as one of six Leaders among the 23 service providers evaluated based on their vision, strategy, capabilities and market presence.

The analyst firm awarded NTT DATA high -positions in all nine of the specific criteria in the report: market adoption, portfolio mix, value delivered, overall market impact, vision and strategy, scope of services offered, innovation and investments, delivery footprint and overall vision and capability.

In the report, Everest Group also recognized NTT DATA as a Star Performer, a title conferred on providers that demonstrate the most improvement over time on the PEAK Matrix for insurance technology.

In the past year, NTT DATA improved its standing on the PEAK Matrix assessment from a Major Contender to a Leader, the report's top category. Everest Group named the company a Star Performer based on its improved performance in insurance-related market impact metrics, such as revenue growth and new contract signings, and in vision and capability measures, which include innovation and investments in domain-specific technologies.
