Since 2008, Carlos has been fortunate to turn his passion for programming into a successful career. Starting as a self-taught developer, he transitioned into a professional role as a Front-End Web Developer, gradually evolving into his current position as a Project Manager, where he leads and coordinates diverse production teams.
With a strong technical background, Carlos has expertise in multiple technologies, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, Adobe ColdFusion, Java, SQL, Apache, IIS, Varnish, and Git. His skill set extends beyond coding to web server management, UI/UX design, architecture, SEO, and various tools such as Microsoft Office, Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator, and Google Tag Manager.
As a Project Manager, he has successfully delivered 200+ eCommerce projects, ranging from small B2B and B2C platforms to large-scale implementations integrated with CRM, ERP, Marketing Automation, and AI solutions. His experience includes managing strategic, complex, and international projects while adapting methodologies such as Waterfall, Agile, ITIL, and PMP to suit each initiative.
Over the years, he has had the privilege of working across multiple industries, including wholesale, retail, automotive, food, and services. His continuous learning mindset and dedication to improving both his technical and management skills have been instrumental in achieving outstanding results in every project he undertakes.
