As Group Chief Strategy Officer, Stephan is responsible for driving bolttech’s corporate strategy and investments, including M&A. As part of the founding executive team since 2020, Stephan has been instrumental in guiding bolttech's strategic direction and continued growth as a world-leading insurtech. As CEO of Insurance Solutions, Stephan also has strategic oversight of bolttech’s underwriting and reinsurance businesses, leading the growth of the company’s general insurance arm in Hong Kong.
