SCALE AI: A Strategic Imperative for Insurers
On March 18, 2024, NTT DATA DACH participated in the "Great Strategic Challenges of the Insurance Sector" panel at the InsurTech Hub Munich’s SCALE_AI Programme, an event held at Google’s Headquarters in Munich with over 300 participants, both in-person and remotely. This event emphasized the critical role of artificial intelligence in scaling operations within the insurance industry.
The discussions were co-led by Jochen Stark from Google Cloud and our Firas Larbi (Lead P&C Insurance Solutions DACH at NTT DATA Deutschland), focusing on enhancing the efficiency of complex claims processes through AI.
