Jean-Marc Pailhol

Jean-Marc Pailhol joined Allianz in 2009 and has held several key leadership roles, including Head of Distribution at Allianz France and Head of Group Market Management. He played a pivotal role in transforming sales networks, boosting operational performance, and elevating Allianz’s brand to global leadership in the insurance industry. Notably, he led the IOC partnership, positioning Allianz as a top Olympic and Paralympic sponsor.

Since 2020, he has served as Head of Global Strategic Partnerships and board member at Allianz Partners. With over two decades of prior experience in the banking sector, including leading the creation of the French Postal Bank, Jean-Marc brings deep expertise in business development, marketing, and strategic alliances.
