Félix Cañas is a seasoned executive with over 20 years of experience in the financial sector, specializing in business strategy, transformation, and leading high-performance teams across multiple countries. Since joining AXA Group in 2008, he has held various leadership roles, including serving as CEO of AXA Partners Canada for four years. Currently, as Global Head of B2B2C at AXA Partners, Félix drives the strategy for this key business line, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experience (CX) and user experience (UX) to partners.

Known for his commitment to a customer-first culture and fostering innovation in the era of ecosystems, Félix is dedicated to making AXA the most innovative company in its field.
