The insurance company managed to deliver a portal with a unified end-to-endexperience for more than 10,000 salespeople (experts) and 400 claims handlers.

The portal was implemented to address all the needs of manydifferent types of vendors. The application was considered by OutSystems to bean innovative, highly intuitive, multi-channel application that delighted bothcustomers and field technicians, resulting in increased productivity, security,and satisfaction.
