Since the approval of the European directive on motorway tolls, our Client has launched a dedicated program to take the opportunity to enter a new market, driven by the need to evolve and diversify its product portfolio and expand its business Beyond Insurance.

NTT DATA supported the Client in designing and implementing a mobility ecosystem to offer non-insurance services in order to interconnect different providers and to offer a complete and integrated costumer experience

Define the «TO BE» logical-functional architecture and its characterizing elements.
Identify the IT processes, contributing to the consolidation of the main business processes.
Define an estimate of IT planning and spending.
Implement the defined platform, integrating its components into the Client’s ecosystem.

Our Client had the possibility to launch the new product by the start of 2021, plan, in order to evolve the business Beyond entering a new high margin market as a fast-mover, and has also started diversifying its portfolio, in line with its strategic development plan.
