Since joining AXA Group in 2008, he has held various leadership roles, including serving as CEO of AXA Partners Canada for four years. Currently, as Global Head of B2B2C at AXA Partners, José drives the strategy for this key business line, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experience (CX) and user experience (UX) to partners. Known for his commitment to a customer-first culture and fostering innovation in the era of ecosystems, José is dedicated to making AXA the most innovative company in its field. His strong legal and academic foundation—holding a Law degree from the University of Barcelona, a Master’s in Business Law from Pompeu Fabra University, and advanced studies in Digital Transformation from the MIT Sloan School of Management—combined with his expertise in collaborative teamwork and shared goals, positions him as a transformative leader in the industry.
