CLIENT NEEDS

The project’s main objective was to understand the capabilities of the TIA solution and assess whether the solution could be aligned with the client's business model and operations. In parallel, an analysis of the capabilities of this solution was carried out to see if it was feasible to apply them to the insurer in question, in order to improve it.

OUR SOLUTION

NTT DATA and Sapiens carried out the process by conducting a series of sessions and workshops with the client's stakeholders (business and IT). They presented the capabilities of the solution by business domain, identifying GAPs against the client's context. They evaluated possible changes to the customer's processes to see if everything was working correctly.

RESULTS / BENEFITS

The transformation process of the insurer required a certain level of adoption of the solution. As such, the gaps and the approach to the inclusion of the client portfolio in the system were listed, discussed, and addressed. Likewise, the requirements were to be included in the process. The first approach for an MVP was defined and planned.
