Optimize Processes and Improve Data Quality in RAIS

NTT DATA's RAIS helped a reinsurance company optimize processes and improve data quality, resulting in increased efficiency and cost savings.

CLIENT NEEDS

The company needed to transfer the existing processes and tool landscape for reinsurance into a revision-safe, largely automated product solution with improved efficiency in processing. NTT DATA's solution RAIS offers the client the protection it needs to manage reporting and analysis tasks. With RAIS, the client receives a sophisticated system that can manage and calculate all reinsurer programmes without additional programming.

OUR SOLUTION

NTT DATA helped the client by integrating RAIS into the system environment, using standardized interfaces for data transfer. We also made a proof of concept and customized the product solution. Additionally, we helped in the implementation of additional customer functions, mapping and optimization of reinsurance processes and mapping of the reinsurance contract landscape.

The client was able to reduce lead times and expenditure for quarterly/annual financial statements, improved data quality and optimize processes on a revision-safe documentation basis
